Don’t be fooled by appearances, this Muscadet is unlike any other. This cuvée is aged in oak barrels selected by us in the Bordeaux region, thus giving it a unique taste and character.

Nose: buttery, brioche, mineral that appears after aeration
Mouth: lively attack, rich in the mouth, good length and balance, supple, vanilla note, smoky retro-olfaction with a citrus finish
Food pairing: roasted quail , chicken with morels, rabbit with mustard, half-cooked tuna, cooked cheese
