Instead of insecticides, we use the “mating confusion” method: using pheromone capsules, we lure the two most devastating butterflies to prevent their reproduction. An alternative that has proven itself very efficient!
On the edges of the plots and the inter-rows, we leave the natural grass improve soil life and promote biodiversity. In the cellar and in the office, we recycle cardboard and paper via the humanitarian association Les Papiers de l’Espoir (Vertou-44)
